Port-A-Potties?
At race start and every 3 miles along the course

The race is so close to the beach will we get offshore wind on race day?

Maybe…. This year we had a very mild summer and that usually means that the fall and winters are very nice and even summer like conditions.  Soooo the forecast could actually be HOT and little to no breeze.

What parts of the course would be affected by an offshore breeze?

Most likely miles 13-16 since its all open space and no buildings to break the wind.  Worst case scenario miles 9-16.  You will have the wind to your back pushing you towards your new pr from miles 16 through 23.
